1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and rupiah126 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or the "Company") governing your access to and use of the rupiah126 website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded from rupiah126, nor are you subject to any self-exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of the Company, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• The registration information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You understand and accept the inherent risk associated with gambling activities, including the possibility of financial loss.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Each Player is permitted to maintain one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all such accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.

4.2 Account Information

Players must provide a valid email address, accurate personal details, and a secure password upon registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

rupiah126 will never ask you to disclose your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

4.3 KYC Verification

The Company may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where risk-based triggers are activated. Required documentation may include, but is not limited to: a copy of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address (issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawals may be held pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. The Company reserves the right to close an Account and return deposits where KYC requirements cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in MYR. The Company does not apply currency conversion fees. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Processing times are instant for e-wallets and DuitNow; 5–15 minutes for FPX and online banking transfers.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification and compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. rupiah126 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for verified accounts on standard methods; processing times may extend in exceptional circumstances.

Withdrawals of funds derived from bonus credits are subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. The Company reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory verification of any transaction flagged by our fraud monitoring systems.

5.3 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and credited in MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate. The Company is not responsible for any losses arising from cryptocurrency price fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and confirmation on the blockchain. Blockchain network fees are the responsibility of the depositing Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by rupiah126 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated within each offer. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement fulfilment — live casino and sports betting contributions may be restricted or reduced.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded, are subject to cooling-off periods, or whose accounts have been flagged for suspicious activity are not eligible to claim or retain bonuses. The Company reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at its discretion and without prior notice.

6.4 VIP Programme

The rupiah126 VIP Programme operates across six tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative monthly wagering turnover. Benefits associated with each tier, including cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and dedicated support, are set out in the VIP Programme terms, which form part of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to affected Players.

6.5 Referral Bonuses

Players who refer friends to rupiah126 via the official referral programme are eligible to earn a referral bonus per successful qualifying referral. A qualifying referral requires the referred player to: (a) register a new, verified Account; (b) make a qualifying first deposit; and (c) complete the minimum wagering threshold specified in the referral programme terms. Self-referrals and referrals of existing players are not eligible. The Company reserves the right to withhold referral bonuses where suspicious referral patterns are detected.

7 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the rupiah126 Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology and are sourced from licensed international game studios. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate reflections of each game's configured payout rates.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or disconnection during gameplay, the Company will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome of affected wagers based on available data. Where an outcome cannot be determined with sufficient certainty, the wager may be voided and stakes returned to the Player.

Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or sports authority. In the event of an obvious pricing error (a "palpable error"), the Company reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether those bets have been settled.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rupiah126 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another individual in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of the Company.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating betting strategies to guarantee a profit across multiple accounts.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches for personal gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documentation.
• Using the Platform if you are a self-excluded player or are otherwise prohibited from gambling by a court order, regulatory authority, or your own responsible gambling election.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, or interfering with the security or integrity of the Platform.

Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately suspended, all associated Balances frozen pending investigation, and any winnings derived from prohibited activity will be voided. The Company reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rupiah126 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the proprietary property of the Company or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written authorisation of the Company.

The rupiah126 name and logo are registered trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of any Company trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rupiah126 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

rupiah126 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in, or is suspected of engaging in, fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities.
• The Player's use of the Platform poses a risk to the Company, other players, or third parties.
• The Player has failed to satisfy KYC or identity verification requirements within a specified timeframe.
• A Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Players who access the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. The Company makes no representation that the Platform or its contents are lawful in, or appropriate for access from, all jurisdictions.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and the Company, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the Company's customer support channels.
